Our aim is to inspire and encourage young dancers to pursue their passion. South Coast Ballet brings together some of the brightest dance talents from across the south-east, providing access to classical ballet workshops and opportunities to perform in full-length classical ballets within a professional setting.

Ballet Workshops: Bridging the Gap between Studio and Stage

Our ballet workshops, held in the Eastbourne area, provide young dance students with opportunities to learn classical ballet repertoire adapted to their level of training and experience. Join us in building a bridge between the dance studio and the stage.

Our company offers young dancers the opportunity to perform in our annual full-length productions. Our shows take place in one of the largest theatres on the South Coast, providing an unforgettable experience that they will carry with them throughout their dance journey.

Fly with Us to Neverland! Announcing Our 2026 Production: Peter Pan

We are thrilled to reveal that South Coast Ballet’s next major production will be the high-flying adventure, Peter Pan! Following the huge success of Alice in Wonderland (2024) and The Nutcracker (2025), we are ready to bring the magic of Peter, Wendy, and the Lost Boys to life this year.

Performance Details Join us for a magical journey at The Congress Theatre, Eastbourne, on November 28th, 2026.

Audition Call: We are looking for talented young performers to join our cast!

Age: Dancers must be 8 years or older (by November 1st, 2026).

Standard: Minimum Grade 1 Ballet.

Skills: Strong acting ability is essential to bring these characters to life.

Key Dates
Auditions: June 7th
Casting Day: June 14th (Required for successful auditionees)
