This workshop has now passed but keep an eye out for future workshops!
Bridging the gap between the dance studio and the stage. We hold regular ballet workshops in the Eastbourne area, giving young dance students the opportunity to learn repertoire from classical ballets, adapted for their level of ballet training and experience.
Take those first steps on your ‘pas de deux’ journey and gain invaluable techniques and skills that will help you achieve your dance goals. Class held with SCB Principal Dancer, George Linehan.
George is a professional dancer currently in his last year at Central School of Ballet. His recent credits include a recent tour with the English National Ballet, working with acclaimed choreographers such as Jules Cunningham and
Gerrard Martin, and performance art pieces at The Royal College of Music
This workshop has now passed.
This amazing workshop included a ballet class alongside an introduction to Pas de Deux, in which students learned the fundamentals of partnering and being partnered, as well as phrases of partnering repertoire. The class was taken
by Rachael from South Coast Ballet & George Linehan who danced in our latest production at The Congress Theatre last year with The Nutcracker ballet.
